Nosferatu Festival is Friday, February 27, 2026 through Sunday, March 1, 2026.

Vending for Nosferatu Festival 2026 will take place at Holiday Inn Austin Midtown 6000 Middle Fiskville Rd, Austin, TX 78752 on Saturday, February 28 from 12-6pm and Sunday, March 1 from 12-5pm. (times subject to change)

Holiday Inn will be home to all vendors it will be INDOOR vending only there are no outdoor spaces. Nosferatu Festival will be taking place in ONE HUGE hall in the hotel.

The 2026 Nosferatu Festival will have roughly 50-54 vendors spaces available.

Tickets for attendees for the Daywalker vendor bazaar will be $5 each day or free with purchase of weekend pass. Kick Butt Coffee will be our venue for the bands and night time entertainment, with doors opening for those festivities at 8pm. Kick Butt is less than half a mile from the hotel and is walk-able from venue to venue.

AI ART:
Absolutely no AI artwork will be considered.

VENDOR FEES:
This year we are introducing early-bird pricing for vendors. If you apply and pay early you will qualify for a discounted booth rate.

- EARLY BIRD: $175. Vendors must be accepted and pay by July 31 to get this rate.
- REGULAR: $225. Vendors must be accepted and pay after July 31 to get this rate.

Your vendor fee is good for vending vending on Saturday and Sunday and includes 2 wristbands for vendors only.

- If you need additional help at your booth, additional wristbands are just $5 per day per person for additional helpers at your booth.
- If you'd like entry into the night-time festivities you can purchase tickets at a discount rate of $20 per person for access to night shows at Kick Butt (this is due to limited space at Kick Butt and the amount of vendors).

VENDOR SPACE INFO:
Spaces will fit one 6ft table with enough room for 2 chairs behind. Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs or tables can rented at a later date for those that might be traveling from out of state.

At the end of day Saturday the venue halls will shut down. There are no bands or performances at the hotel venue, and no people will be allowed in hall after vending closes Saturday.

SETUP:
- Setup is from 9am-12pm on Saturday, Feb 28.
- Restocking/Setup is 10am on Sunday, March 1.
- Information on where to load-in will be provided closer to the event.

Breakdown:
- Breakdown begins after the festival ends at 5pm on Sunday.
- No early breakdown is allowed.
- After you finish breaking down you can get your vehicle to load out.

FOOD AND DRINKS:
Outside food and drinks are discouraged by the hotel. The Hotel Cafe & Bar will be open for food and drinks during vending hours.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
There are some sponsorship opportunities available, including promo items in VIP gift bags. Sponsorship opportunities are AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST when paying your booth fee.

PAYMENT:
After you are notified that you are selected you must make payment ASAP to secure your space. Space is available on a first come first served based on receipt of your payment.

REFUND POLICY:
$50 of your payment is a nonrefundable admin fee. Paying venue costs, advertising, updating website and posting to social media takes time and funding so I hope you do understand that this policy will be strictly enforced.
- Refund amount will be based on cancellation date.
- Within 60 days from event date you will entitled to a $50 refund total.
- No refunds within 30 days of event.

LEGAL STUFF:
You will be responsible for all your own taxes, set up, break down, and other things regularly needed for vending.

Reminder: Being accepted does not secure you a spot, payment does! Your spot may be given to another vendor if you do not make payment. First paid, first secured on vending spots.

PARKING:
You will be able to pull your cars close to the venue for unload and will then need to find parking away from the venue to reduce clutter/make it easier for other vendors to unload as well. There is no cost for parking.

ACCOMMODATIONS/HOTEL:
A special hotel rate of $125/night will be available at the Holiday Inn. Discount link for hotel rooms will be sent in May.
